  17. from 1983 to 1985; on charges of conspiring to gather secret
  18. defense information or deliver it to foreign governments; by
  19. the FBI; in Tampa. Ramsay allegedly had worked for retired U.S.
  20. Army Sergeant Clyde Conrad, 43, who was convicted of treason
  21. by a West German court and last week was sentenced to life in
  22. prison.
